Company Information:

• JEDI Academy Intern Positions are available at Lucasfilm Animation in Production. Production interns will have various responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative support and back up support to the production team including typing memos, documents and schedules, note taking, photocopying, computer data entry and filing, set-up of visual components for various meetings.


• Researches and collects materials and information necessary for the preparation and execution of the production processes.


• Prepares, maintains and distributes paperwork and reports to appropriate personnel.


• Assists with the food service, running errands and catering set up.


• Completes special projects as needed or requested.

Required Skills:

• • Completing your Junior year as an undergraduate in film/television, animation, design, or art is required.
• • Capable of working independently and part of a team. High level of initiative, flexibility and confidentiality.
• • Ability to establish priorities and multi-task efficiently within a high-pressure environment while meeting strict deadlines.
• • Must be confident and proactive with excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal).
• • Ability to learn quickly and strong desire to take the initiative when faced with new or challenging tasks.
• • Must have Mac/PC skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• • Must have a car and a good driving record
